We're excited you're joining our Pack!!



The process is simple: 
  1. Attend one of our meetings 
  2. Pick up an application and Medical form from an adult leader, or print one out here: Youth Application
  3. Return the application, Medical Form,  and the registration fee of $15
  4. Purchase a scout book, uniform, etc. from http://www.scoutstuff.org/
  5. You're all set! Parents: please get familiar with your son's scout book, since you'll be actively giving credit for your son's achievements, along with his Den Leader. 
  6. If you have any questions, call Cubmaster Moose at pack435@yahoo.com

***To join cub scouts boys must be in 1st - 5th grade. 

Here is the complete list of uniform pieces and patches:
Our pack does not require a uniform in order to participate, but if you choose to buy a uniform please include....
  1. Blue shirt for Tigers, Wolves, and Bears. Tan shirt for Webelos and blue shoulder loops.
  2. Neckerchief for appropriate rank.
  3. Tie clasp for appropriate rank.
  4. Cub Scout belt.
  5. Council shoulder patch.
  6. Red numerals - 435.
  7. Purple World Scout Crest Emblem.
  8. Scout book for appropriate rank.

The following is optional:

  1. Scout pants or shorts.
  2. Scout socks.
  3. Hat for appropriate rank
 **Another option is to purchase uniform pieces from eBay or Craigslist.

Youth

Cub Scout Application

All new scouts are required to complete an application. The cost to register is
$24.00 for National registration and insurance.
$12.00 for Boys Life Magazine if you are interested

Your Den Leader also will collect $5 a month or $45 for the year for Den dues. This allows for the den leader to provide the Scouts with activities and crafts at den meetings.

Adult Leader

Adult Leader Applications

Pack 435  is always looking for active leaders that are dedicated to the character development of each boy. Active parent participation is essential to ensure success of the Pack. Pack 435 leader positions are listed below. Positions that work with boys:
  • Cubmaster
  • Assistant Cubmaster
  • Den Leaders
  • Assistant Den Leaders
Positions that work with adults
  • Committee Chair
  • Activity Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Chartered Organization Representative
  • Popcorn Chair/Fundraising Chair
Adults interested in “Helping the Pack grow” should discuss their interests with the Cubmaster. All adult leaders must complete an application. All registration and training fees are paid by Pack 435.
